Jaguars live in dence jungles and forests near water sources but unlike most cats they arn't scared of water. Jaguars normally have denn in thickets or inside of rugged caves. The reason Jaguars stay near water is for food their diet including turtles, caimans or fish. They do well in tropical damp forests in lowland settings, particularly those that provide lots of cover.
